How is the dyed yarn produced

Skein dyeing
This is a commonly used production method at present. First, the Hank yarn is strained on two rollers, and a number of injection devices are set up. Each injection device can spray different dye solution on the predetermined part of the Hank yarn, so that different colors appear on the cross section of the Hank yarn. Section dyed yarns produced by this method circulate regularly on the basis of skein circumference.
Piecewise dyeing
It can also be called the warp section dyeing method, which is similar to the elongation method of warping. Twenty to thirty yarns to be dyed are drawn from the boilerplate, passed through the reed, so that each yarn has a fixed track, and then the yarns are dyed different colors by spraying, and wound into drum or Hank yarns by drying. The advantage of section dyed yarn produced by this method is that long sections can be irregularly dyed with various colors. Disadvantages are long fuselage, low production efficiency.
Block dyeing: Dyeing a yarn in two or more colors, alternating between colors.
Section colored yarn: it is to select two or more kinds of roving materials (colors) and install section colored yarn device on the spinning frame, so as to realize the continuous feeding of one roving as the main roving from the middle roller, and the intermittent feeding of the other roving as the auxiliary yarn from the back roller, and form a single slub yarn with color length or color spots. With the development of spinning technology, there are also equal density colored yarn.
So, what are the differences between colored yarn and dyed yarn? How do you tell the difference?
appearance
It can be seen in color variation, line density and fabric style.
There is a certain transition between the length of colored yarn and the base yarn, without a distinct boundary; The color of the dyed yarn is distinct from each other.
